TRANSPORT

The program of the Group the following:

• Cooperation with RZD, RF Government, RosZHelNadzor:

- Initiate dialog between representatives of transport workgroup and RosZHelNadzor to propose to take part in the development of new and update of existing regulations concerning  prolongation of the usage period for internal Locomotives (TGM 23B, for example). 

• Cooperation with:

- Initiate dialog between representatives of transport  workgroup and RZD, Government, RosZHelNadzor  to propose to take part in the development of new and update of existing regulations concerning  prolongation of the usage period  of railway tanks.  

• Experience exchange/Best practice sharing:

- Arrange best practice sharing opportunities within the representatives of the members. 

• Moscow government. Center of Traffic Safety (ЦОБДД)): 

- Ensure working procedure of getting entry permits for Moscow Ring Road (МКАД) and Third Transport Ring (ТТК).  

• RF Government:

- Ensure possibility to discharge vehicles if nearby there is a prohibition sign.
